Can I check myself into a normal Hospital for Depression?
I'm feeling quite suicidal at the moment, i've been cutting etc. I have been feeling consistently low for just over a week now, and I don't know what to do, because I'd feel humiliated if I went to A&E and they rejected me. There is a mental health ward there too, but I don't know what to say or do

Yes you can. If you tell them you feel suicidal you have to be admitted.

Know what you mean, I have depression also and are sucisidal.
I was in a mental hospital twice at 13 and I'm 15 now, go online for the NHS and see mental wards or hospitals, it should give you a number call it and explain the situation to them.

At a regular hospital, they should take you in and have a look at you. My friend was admitted over night, and they prescribed her pills.
