Siri Proxy server iphone 4s?

does anyone know how to create one of the iphone 4s? i can get a hold of one if seen alot of

Create a VPN.

Go to settings>network>VPN>Turn On> Switch to on> Scroll down to Proxy>

Click Auto> Create URL> Post the http:// address you created under URL

BUT i just DON'T what is the URL .. it says to make my mine but when I do that on my iPhone 4 it still does not Can anyone please in detail tell me how to make this work on my iPhone I am kinda slow sometimes :P

also there was a similar question that said as the best answer:

"you are going to need to have a siriproxy step up, then you need to have a vpn server set up, the vpn will only let you use the siriproxy on the 4s over 3G, if you have a friend with a 4s, and you have a siriproxy set up, connect the 4s to your home wifi, then install the on the 4s, set the 4s wifi dns to your siriproxy, assuming you follow one of the many guides to setting up the siriproxy. if your friend with the 4s isnt at your home, have them connect to there wifi, set the dns to your home ip address, with your router ports opened pointing to your siriproxy. I have one siriproxy set up that i can let someone use if you dont have linux to run the siriproxy yourself, i can then give directions for both the 4s and i4 users to follow to connect to the proxy remotely"
